Tenant isolation
Each customer's programme runs in an isolated tenant. POC environments are separate from production and from each other.
Access control
Role-based access inside the product mirrors the principle we sell: least privilege, recorded grants, reviewable trails.
Audit trails
Material actions, mappings approved, evidence accepted, AI suggestions decided, are recorded with actor and timestamp. The same machinery you buy is the machinery we run.
No training on tenant data
Your documents, mappings and assessments are never used to train models. Stated here, and in the agreement.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Key management and residency specifics are covered on the scoping call.
Honesty over logos
We do not display badges we have not earned. Certifications will appear here when issued, with dates, not before.

Frequently asked questions
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Tenant data is never used to train models. AI features read your tenant's data to produce outputs for you, under your control, with every suggestion carrying a source and an approval step.
Where is data hosted?
Deployment and residency options are part of the Enterprise tier conversation, including region pinning where your regulator requires it. Ask on the scoping call.
What happens to our data after a proof of concept?
It is deleted on request when the evaluation ends. The proof-of-concept tenant is isolated; nothing carries over unless you proceed.
Do you hold certifications?
We publish the attestations we hold as they are issued, here, dated. We do not claim certifications in progress. Until then, this page states our controls plainly rather than borrowing credibility from a logo wall.
